The writer is already using it at level 1. It's not really suitable for bulking up, but it's great for muscle stimulation after injuries; I think it's also good for nerve recovery.

Good product, it has plenty of power, it fulfills its function, although the part that comes with "glue" for the skin usually wears out. For example, I needed it for my shoulder, but after 3 uses I have to hold the device with my hand so it doesn't come off. Other than that, everything is fine.

Pads don’t stick very well, even with first use. the remote’s range is also about 4 inches, so pretty pointless. that said, it does work and i love that it’s wireless.

Small, but does the job. This device is definitely not as sophisticated as a traditional TENS unit/massager, but in many cases it can be very helpful.
Item arrived and works with remote control. However, the remote control needs to be aimed at the receiver. But there is some difficulty when facing away.
